Diamond Inspections:
We recommend every 6 months you should bring in your diamond jewelry and have our jeweler inspect the prongs to help prevent any damage or loss of your gemstones. We will also clean and polish your jewelry. The inspection service is free of charge for any jewelry purchased at Bob's. If a repair needs to be done, we will give you an estimate before any repair is performed. It is our privaledge to clean and inspect your jewelry any time you desire.
Layaway:
We offer a 6 month Layaway Plan for any item you desire. We do require an initial 20% deposit of the total purchase, {including tax}. The payments thereafter may be made at your convenience in accordance to the terms. Alterations & adjustments such as ring sizing, will be made at balance payoff. Special orders will be ordered when half the balance is paid. Expired layaways will receive an in store credit for monies received.
Financing:
Bob's Jewel Shop offers financing through Wells Fargo Financial Services. The Bob’s Charge Card offers low monthly payments without tying up your existing credit lines. Ninety days same as cash and other payment plans are available to fit your needs. Ask about our seasonal financing options. All major credit cards are also accepted.
Gift certificates:
Bob's Jewel Shop offers gift certificates in any denomination.
Returns & Exchanges:
Exchanges or store credits are permitted within 30 days from the date of purchase when accompanied with the original sales receipt. The returned merchandise must be in unused or unworn, in original condition or without alternations. Where applicable, in the original box with all warranty cards and instruction books intact. Credit or refunds will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment. THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS.
Refunds, exchanges or credits will not be permitted on special orders, altered or custom items and items designated under "as is" or "final" types of sales. All returned merchandise must be in "new condition" and unaltered.
Custom Work:
All custom jewelry is nonrefundable, and requires a nonrefundable deposit before the work begins. Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the client’s complete satisfaction.
