I took 2 old rings in for evaluation. The owner honestly told me one needed new prongs but the other didn’t need anything. He cleaned the ring that didn’t need anything while I was there. I left the other for repairs. He could have easily said both rings needed some repairs. I was astonished at how quickly the ring was repaired. It turned out beautiful. He repaired, polished, and cleaned it. It looks brand new. It’s so nice to have local honest, friendly and efficient people to shop with in Lumberton.

Thanks Bob's staff for the first class customer service and workmanship. I took them a broken pendant and an antique, also broken, engagement ring. Both pieces belonged to Mom who very recently passed away. Mr. Greg and staff replaced the broken chain for the anniversary pendant and transformed Mom's broken ring into a beautiful pendant. Now these special pieces will be handed down to future generations along with Mom & Dad's love story.
